Error in ppt - mapping issue: Slido linked to a different organization

Dear Slido Support Team,I am currently using a Slido Pro license via my company account and can access my correct Pro organization without issues when using Slido in the web browser.However, when I log in to the Slido PowerPoint Add-in using my Webex login (same email address as in Slido Web), I consistently receive the following error:"Slido linked to a different organization. To enter this Slido, you need to use a different login method."I have already tried all client-side troubleshooting steps: Full logout in PowerPoint Add-in Clearing cache & cookies for slido.com and webex.com Fully resetting the PowerPoint Add-in Verifying correct organization access in Slido Web This strongly indicates that my Webex OAuth token is currently mapped to a different Slido organization in your backend.Please check and reset the mapping of my Webex OAuth token to ensure it matches my current Pro license organization.Thank you for your support.Best regards,Please note: this seems to be a per

Slido for PowerPoint Error

Hello.I'm using Powerpoint Slido.On the Powerpoint edit screen, I created questions, and I was able to create them without any particular problems,Now it's time to start a slide show, and when it becomes a slide on Slido“Network error. New Slidos not synchronizing in Webex

Hello, Whenever we create new Slidos from the website, we don’t see them in the Slido extension in Webex. I can see old Slidos but not the newer ones.

Slido for PowerPoint Error: "You appear to be offline. Check your internet connection."

I followed steps from video to download add-in. As soon as I open PowerPoint, Slido icon says I’m offline. The error never goes away even if I logout of Slido and back in again. I am most definitely not offline. Has anyone seen this error before? Thanks.

Can I export data from slidos created by free users?

Hello, I would just like to get clarity on my situation. I am currently using the free plan, and invited others to do so, too, as a way to engage participants. They have already created their own slidos using their accounts, and I only requested access for me to help manage them. My question is, if I purchase Engage plan, will I be able to export data from their slidos? Thank you!

Using the same multiple choice question twice in the same presentation

If I ask a multiple choice question at the beginning of my ppt presentation and then want to see if people changed their answer after the presentation, can I just copy and paste the original slido polling slide into the end of my presentation or do I need to recreate a new slido multiple choice slide using the same question? For the 2nd use of my question, I do not want to have the responses from the first time I asked it carry over.

Slido with powerpoint

I’ve integrated the use of Slido at various parts of a PowerPoint presentation.Few issues:The icons aren’t appearing on each section (for example trophy for quiz and cloud for word cloud).Also, when presenting the question flashes up for a split second then it automatically moves to the slide showing results. Any help?

Google Slides and slide links don't work in Slido Present Mode

I’m putting together a presentation that requires a presenter view, and I’m trying to figure out a workaround given that Slido presentation mode doesn’t allow for that view.  I put links on the Google Slides but they aren’t working when I’m in Slido Presenter mode.  Is this because I don’t have the Chrome enhancement to allow for GIFs and animations or there another issue?

Slido powerpoint update not working

I've updated the Slido app and walked through all the steps and it seems like it’s installed the update, but when I re-open Powerpoint Slido keeps referencing that I need to update Slido. My internal IT says it’s not an issue on their side as it’s allowing me to update essentially without being blocked by IT admin rights. Please help!

Slido in Webex when not the hostand host does not use slido

HiI have a series of upcoming webinars sponsored and hosted by a government regulator. They do not use slido and IT are unwilling to ‘integrate’ the app.  Can I still use slido for my Polls Quizzes etc ?Also if there are more than 200 will it still work for the first 200 each poll?Thank you

Does co-host work with multiple presenters managing their own powerpoint decks?

Before I purchase a paid plan, I wanted to clarify how co-host functions. Here is my scenario: Bob purchases a Slido ‘Engage’ plan, invites co-hosts Mike and Sue for a particular slido event.Neither Mike nor Sue need to purchase anything.Mike creates his own powerpoint slides and slido polls, after accepting co-host invite.Sue does the same… builds her own slides and polls, accepts co-host invite.Bob, Mike, and Sue can all present their own powerpoint from their own laptops, all utilizing the same slido code for audience to login.Bob, Mike, and Sue don’t really need to see the other’s presentations, or care about the others’ slido polls. We just want to share the code basically.Is this accurate?

Awards Results

We are planning to use Slido in a PowerPoint presentation for an awards ceremony with the final shortlisted nominees to be voted at the event.How can we either only show the winner? Or remove the % scores, and just show the bar?Basically if someone was to not receive any votes, we don’t want that to appear on screen.Any suggestions?

Version Will Expire Soon Slido Message

I just opened my PowerPoint and saw the following message in the Slido bar. I’m not sure what to do.“Your version will soon expire. Please close PowerPoint and update before April 21, 2025 via slido.com/powerpoint-polling or contact your IT administrator.”

Adding Q&A from different rooms to PPT

Hello. I am hosting an event which has a variety of sessions, for which I have created separate rooms. When I go to add the Q&A session for each room, it only allows one session. For example, if I add a Q&A slide from one room, it’s fine. But if I go to add another slide from the same event but different rooms, it changes the original one to whichever I choose as the second slide. My goal is to have a single PPT deck that brings up the Q&As from each session on a different slide. Is this possible?
